RETURNS POLICY
Each week we receive return requests for change of mind and want to make our policy clear to avoid disappointment.
We will exchange for change of mind however a restocking fee of 20% will apply (minimum charge $30). This is to cover our processing, packing and admin time as well as the time required for us to manually re enter the stock back into our system.
Freight charges are not refundable if parts are returned for change of mind.
For clarification, we consider change of mind to also include:
- incorrect parts ordered / parts that are listed as not fitting your bike.
- parts ordered to fit to other aftermarket parts you have on your bike which would otherwise fit if your bike was factory standard as this is beyond our control.
If you are unsure if parts will fit your bike please ask us in advance to avoid disappointment / returning.
Returns on parts purchased over 60 days prior will not be accepted.
